Mixed Media : Niki Campbell

Niki is a mixed media artist. Her work ranges from small detailed drawings and prints to large walk in installations. She often use everyday items within her art practise to create a new narrative. Some of Niki's most recent work has been about investigating what a drawing can be and is currently experimenting with drawing sculpturally.

Due to Niki's mixed cultural identity, her work often contains a narrative of hybridity. She attempts to combine objects and images that wouldn’t normally be associated together thus creating a hybrid of her own.

Niki has a BA Hons in Fine Art from Greenwich University, where she studied at West Kent College in Tonbridge.

Niki's work is available either from her existing range or as a commission.
