Landscapes : Self Unlimited

The latest exhibition organised by Eden Valley Artists (EVA) in the windows of the former cinema at 67, High Street, features 11 landscape paintings on canvas by artists with learning disabilities.

This exhibition showcases the exceptional talents of people given the necessary support and encouragement to enable them to blossom. The artists are all based at Self Unlimited, 1 Philippines Close, in Edenbridge. The exhibition continues until the end of March.

EVA is using an empty window space at 67, High Street, currently awaiting development. Sevenoaks-based developer Regal Point, the developer of the empty building, kindly made available the use of the two front windows of the former cinema, to showcase the work of the group’s members and for EVA related community projects and events. This project, which aims to raise the profile of the visual arts in the Eden Valley area, has recently received funding from Sevenoaks District Council.
